Classical Ballet
Ballet Classes range from beginning to advanced levels. Techniques are drawn from English, Danish and Russian schools of ballet. Classes are taught by Tim Ryan, Margretta Hansen, Taryn Johnson and other guest instructors with a focus on safe, correct and artistically satisfying technique in a relaxed and positive atmosphere.

Ballroom Dance
An 8 week session of classes for adults teaches the basics of swing, waltz, fox trot, tango and other social dances in an encouraging atmosphere. Classes are offered by sessions only and taught by Sherie Ryan. Please call for details.

Jazz Dance
Eric Zimmer teaches a fresh style of contemporary jazz dance for the adult student. Classes help you build strength, increase your flexibilty, find your center, get your heart rate up, nurture your technique, and let you fall in love with jazz dance... all over again or for the first time. Previous dance experience, though not necessarily in jazz, is required.

Pilates Mat Class
Developed in the early 1900's by Joseph Pilates, this exercise system works to strengthen and stretch muscles while integrating the mind and body. Certified instructor Laura Haney focuses on the union of breath and movement, encouraging students to work deeply with awareness and ease. Attention to core support and alignment is coupled with release from the joints and superficial muscles, allowing the body and mind to begin to work together in a dynamic synergy.

Modern Dance
Agnieszka Laska's classes are based on 25 years of experience as a dancer, teacher and choreographer. In the process of developing her choreographic language, she has created a mixture of different dance techniques, firmly based in Limon tradition. She views dance as an instinctive form of human expression, communication and gratification. Her classes are balanced sessions, focusing on developing technical skills, achieving emotional expression and coaxing forth the body's natural joy in dance movement.
